ShellBidder is designed to make payment information clear before a customer completes a purchase. Available payment methods, order currency, shipping, taxes and any applicable payment charges are shown or confirmed during checkout and on the order summary where applicable.

Currency
Know the amount and currency before you pay
The currency used for your order is displayed during checkout and on the order summary.
If your bank, card issuer or payment provider uses a different currency, it may apply its own exchange rate, currency-conversion fee or other charges. These charges are determined by the relevant financial institution or payment provider and are not controlled by ShellBidder.

Payment Security
Protecting your payment information
Payment authorization is handled through the secure checkout environment of the payment provider used for the transaction.
ShellBidder will never ask you to send passwords, full card details, PayPal credentials or other sensitive payment credentials by email or through the contact form.
If you receive a suspicious request claiming to be from ShellBidder, do not provide payment credentials and contact us through the official Contact page.
Payment Status & Failed Payments
Check your order before trying again
Payment status is recorded separately from the order status. If a payment is incomplete, pending, declined or otherwise unsuccessful, check the relevant order in your ShellBidder account before attempting another payment.
Where the current checkout supports it, an incomplete order may allow you to continue or retry payment. If the status is unclear, contact ShellBidder and include your order number.
Refunds & Payment Adjustments
Processed according to the original transaction
Any approved refund or payment adjustment will be processed according to the original transaction and applicable payment-provider rules.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or card issuer. ShellBidder does not promise a fixed refund-processing time on this page.

Your ShellBidder account provides order information and, where available, payment status and other order-related details.
When contacting us about a payment or billing question, please include your ShellBidder order number but never send passwords or payment credentials.
